How can I cancel my order?

For orders with multiple items, we typically ship everything together once all products are ready. This ensures a smooth, single delivery. However, if you’d like to split your order, 

feel free to contact us at order@seeed.io . 

For Bazaar orders, you may cancel the order before shipment when the order status is pending, confirming, confirmed, or processing, while the cancel button is available. After the order status is shipped or trackable, the order can NOT be canceled. Please note that following Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (“NCNR”) policy such as SenseCAP M1, the order can NOT be canceled.

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please note that PayPal and credit card platforms charge a 3.5% transaction fee, which will be deducted from 

your refund. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.


Exception:

During holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or supply chain disruptions, shipping might be affected. In such cases, the standard 

cancellation policy applies, where the 3.5% transaction fee will be deducted as usual when you cancel your order. However, if your order is delayed beyond the promised 

timeframe for reasons other than these, and you decide to cancel, we’ll cover the transaction fees. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to making things right for you.





After you log in the account, please follow the steps to find your order details page: My Account>My Orders>Click the Order Number> Cancel Order
