What is the depth and width of the v-cuts/grooves?

Typically, the depth of the v-cut/groove/score is 1/3 of the thickness of the board. So if you want v-cuts we recommend that you select a thickness greater than 0.8mm or the boards may break directly.

The width of the v-cut line is 0.4mm. An electrical clearance of 0.8mm is required from the center of the v-cut line to any traces. Please bear this in mind when designing your panels.
