1. Where can I get my commercial invoice?
After placing an order, you can navigate to the My Orders to download your invoice.
After you click on "invoice", our website will redirect you to a download page as below:
Then, on the download page, you don't have to click on anything. A window will automatically pop out to request a download authority from you, which looks like this:
Click on "print" and then you will be able to download an invoice.
2. Where can I download my proforma invoice?
There are two ways to get a proforma invoice. However, there is one thing that must be kept in mind: Please make sure that you click on "place order" on the checkout page and obtain an order number. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed your order in our system.
