Why doesn't my tracking number work on the tracking website?

Packages may take 3-5 business days for customs clearance (excluding Express DHL), which mean the postal service has not yet received the package and logistics information has not yet been updated to the website. Please try again after 3-5 business days. Some postal services (such as USPS) can only track the parcel once it has arrived in your country.
