Why has my Air Mail package still not arrived?
If your order has been sent via Registered Air Mail, you can check the status at http://www.17track.net/en.
However, there is no good quality guarantee, tracking information may be slow to update or cease completely and delivery is much slower. It usually takes 30 - 45 days to reach the destination. See the flow chart below.
Please check at your local post office directly if you have not received your parcel after more than 45 days.
For a more reliable service and faster delivery time, we recommend using the other available services, such as our competitively priced DHL or FedEx shipping services.
