Why is it taking so long for customs clearance?
| Normally, it takes 3~5 business days. But the following reasons will delay the submission of goods to customs. |
| - Lack of "VAT" or "EORI" number. |
| - Missing shipping information or incorrect information. |
| - Shipping address is not in English. |

| NOTE: One delayed package will affect the whole shipment of goods during customs clearance. |
