Why is it taking so long for customs clearance?
Normally, it takes 3~5 business days. But the following reasons will delay the submission of goods to customs.
1. Lack of "VAT/EORI/EORI/CNPJ" number.
2. Missing shipping information or incorrect information.
3. Shipping address is not in English.
NOTE: One delayed package will affect the whole shipment of goods during customs clearance.
