Why my order still processing / not ship?

Why my order still processing / not ship?

Paid order in Seeed will be dispatched within 1~3 business days. 
If the order status shows ' Processing ' for more than 5 days and you want to ensure the status of the parcel, you will learn how to check what possible case your order having.

1. Pre-order/ Back-order

Check what items you had purchased. You will find the estimated shipping date of the product on the upon part of product page. These product will be shipped around the date listed on page.

For instance, refer to the image.



2. We are out of office.
All paid available order will be dispatched within 1~3 business days after completing order. Dispatch process will be delayed if we are out of office or taking vacation. Regarding abnormal shipping, we will have banner on main page:
