What are the order statuses in Bazaar?
Order Status | Explanation |
Pending | The order is created but payment is not yet received. Processing is paused. |
Closed (Credit card only) | The payment attempt was declined by your bank. Please reinitiate your order and explore alternative payment options, or reach out to your credit card issuer for assistance. |
Confirming | We are currently processing your payment and will update you once it has been confirmed. |
Confirmed | 1. Payment is confirmed. An auto email will be sent to you. Please check the shipping address, product list, and amount.
2. The order will be processed within 24 business hours.

Processing | Order is typically packaged and shipped within 48 business hours. |
Shipped | The order has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery. A tracking number (if available) will be emailed to you.
Note: It may take up to 24 business hours for tracking information to update. |
Traceable | |
Backorder | Some items in your order are back-ordered, causing a delay. You may request a split shipment to send available items first. |
Canceled | Order has been canceled. |
Refunded | The refund has been issued to your original payment account. |
You can cancel and request a refund yourself before "Processing" via Account > Order History > Cancel This Order. See the link for instructions on how to cancel your order. The refund needs 7-20 working days to reach your account.
